This amount due has been personally calculated to the Customer to adjust for any plan changes to an original invoice for the London 2027 trip.

Remember :

1) ALL payments made to the travel agency and any future payments became NON-REFUNDABLE as of APRIL 1, 2026.

2) There are no HHSBB Band Fee scholarships available for London travelers as discussed in the initial London Parade announcement; Therefore, 2025-26 Student Band Fees must be paid in full and 2026-27 Student Fees must be current (when that plan is posted) in order to participate in this optional trip. The exceptions to this requirement are: Class of 2026 Students are not required to pay 2026-27 Band Fees, Class of 2030 students are not required to pay 2025-26 Band Fees, or any transfer student who was not a Harmony High School Band or Guard student in the 2025-26 school year.
