DESCRIPTION:<p>The Band and Guard Awards Banquet is an annual formal event 
 where our teachers\, students\, and volunteers come together to celebrate 
 the year's accomplishments.</p><p>Tickets and other information will be po
 sted soon!</p><p>Dinner is provided by the Boosters\, but we need help in 
 other areas to pull this special evening together for our staff and studen
 ts.</p><p>Volunteers that will be entering campus early that day and worki
 ng will need to be sure they have OASIS background check on file with SDOC
 .</p><p>The event will be held in the HHS Cafeteria. We hope to begin Set-
 Up <strong><u>around 2:30pm.</u></strong>   We anticipate Break-Down to st
 art around 8:45pm\, depending on guidance from Directors or Event Leads.Th
 ere will be a DJ and Dance at the close of the ceremony and we need some a
 ssistance with monitoring/chaperoning the students.</p><p><strong><u>Event
